NUTRITION
We serve breakfast, lunch and a mid-afternoon snack. Parents and guardians are welcome to send other meals from home. We suggest that parents provide healthy meals including, fruits, vegetables and fruit juices. We do not recommend soda and candy. Suggested snacks are apple wedges, orange sections, raisins, celery or carrot sticks, flavored gelatin and so on. Occasionally your child will have the opportunity to cook or other wise prepare special foods. Please provide your child’s teacher with a list of foods that the child may not have including allergies
