 PARENT INVOLVEMENT

HOW TO HANDLE ISSUES AND CONCERNS
The concerns of each family are essential in the programs that we offer. All families are encouraged to share their concerns in a professional manner with the Director or Assistant Director. An appointment can be made with any director during the normal hours of operation. The director will respond to your concerns in a manner and time frame to be discussed at the meeting.

If there are issues with your child’s teacher or caregiver parents/guardians are encouraged to meet with the directors as soon as possible. Do not wait for issues to pile up before notifying the director. If needed a meeting will be set up between the parent, the teachers and the director at that time.

Parents/guardians must not approach teachers while they are watching other children in the classroom. Our students are our first priority and the teachers must give them 100% of their attention at all times. Parents/guardians must make an appointment to speak to teachers. If the matters are urgent parents/guardians must immediately contact a director, there is a director on site at all times.
