After Camp (3–6 PM)
Extended care at Academy location. Includes transportation from park. All campers picked up by 6:00 PM. $125/week.

Payment Information
$100 Deposit Required
Non-refundable deposit due at registration to secure your spot.
Full Payment Due June 16th
All balances must be paid by June 16th, 2026. HRA and Voucher parents: bus fees due by June 19th.
Cash Discount
Families paying in cash receive a 2.75% discount on the service charge.
No Balance, No Camp
The bus and camp location will NOT accept any child with an outstanding balance.

Refund Policy
- NO refunds after May 15, 2026
- Cancellation before May 15: 10% retained, balance refunded upon written request
- 5+ consecutive medical absences (physician documented): alternate week or credit issued
- No make-up days or refunds for absences, suspensions, or withdrawals
